Refund & Cancellation Policy

Razorlabz rStorefront platform enables businesses to manage their storefronts and process payments through our integration with Razorpay.

Please note: 

For End Customers of Our Business Partners

  • Razorlabz is a technology service provider and does not sell or deliver any products/services directly.

  • All orders, cancellations, and refund requests are the sole responsibility of the business partner (merchant) from whom the order was placed.

  • End customers must contact the respective merchant directly for cancellations or refund claims.

For Our Business Partners (B2B Clients)

  • Payments collected from end customers via Razorpay are settled directly to the merchant’s account as per Razorpay’s standard settlement cycle.

  • Razorlabz does not hold or process refunds on behalf of the merchant.

  • Refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations initiated by the merchant will be processed through Razorpay’s system and credited back to the end customer’s original payment method as per Razorpay’s timelines (generally 5–7 business days).

  • Razorlabz will only intervene in cases of technical errors caused by our platform (e.g., duplicate charges, failed transactions) and ensure resolution in coordination with Razorpay.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Platform subscription fees, onboarding costs, or technology service charges paid by merchants to Razorlabz are non-refundable once services are activated.
